So if you feel tired, moody or irritable, it may be because you are not getting enough good healthy energy to produce carbohydrates. Add some good vegetables and fruits to your daily diet plan and avoid sugary drinks and sweets. So do not cut all the fat in your diet, instead, switching from eating bad fat sources of good fat sources.
Proteins
Protein is a very important nutrient that many people do not get enough. Proteins can be used by the body as energy, one (1) gram of protein has four (4) calories. However, it serves many more functions needed by providing the necessary materials that your body needs to repair and heal itself, especially after strenuous exercise. It is known that if you exercise regularly you need to take in good quality protein sources in order to recover from your workouts.

Your body uses fat to proper digestion of protein, so it can absorb better. This is one reason that low carb, high fat and protein diet used by people trying to reduce their body fat. These types of diets work in the short term, but after a while these people become irritable and cranky, as cut out all carbohydrates. I know when I cut my carbs when I'm ready for a bodybuilding competition, I would be moody and grumpy, but then on my cheat day to improve my attitude.
Vitamins & Minerals
Your body needs adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. These two nutrients work to help your body in all its functions. Everyday functions such as moving around, thinking, healing sore muscles and injuries, and help break the carbohydrates, fats and proteins you eat for energy all require vitamins and minerals. One of the best ways to make sure you get enough of it to take a good multivitamin everyday.
Therefore, in order to build and maintain strong healthy energetic body, you need to eat good healthy food and drinking water. Avoiding a form of nutrients through your body out of balance and affect your energy level. Make sure you add enough water to your diet and balance the amount of fats, carbohydrates and proteins, so that you can live a healthy, well and enjoy life.
