I have to admit that I cringe at the store when people pick up a bag of death (most of the brand name of food), my husband refuses to stand by me or gives me a look. Everyone has their own ideas about feeding their pets. I am one of those people who have a strong belief that the amount of the health problems of our pets are directly proportional to the food you give them.
I used to be part of a roaming herd of clueless. I bought the cutsey commercials with loving cat or dog and happy life they lived. My cats are now living on less calories and healthier. I feed a high protein grain free canned foods and supplements (because Slakk is crisp addict) with a grain free dry food. And frankly my bill is nothing more than when I ate more food commercial. And my vet bills are way down too!
