Natural Health

We are always hearing health states that we are living longer. But we are not necessarily living healthier lives. We put more and more demands on our minds and bodies every day, but we all ignore them, in order to cram more into our daily schedule. Convenience foods and labor saving devices have helped to give us more time, but, unfortunately, in many ways, our quality of life has not improved.

I grew up in West Virginia, where our vegetables come from the garden we grow our fruit from our small orchard and berry zakrpe.Zraka and unpolluted soil and water clean, out of which came from groundwater sources. We did not use pesticides and herbicides.

I remember my parents pay for me and my sister a penny for each potato bug we have chosen the plants. Our meat came from animals raised ourselves or from our uncle's large farm, and if we wanted fish for dinner, we caught our poles and took a short ride to the river and catch fresh fish. These are days that I wish I had more valuable. Now I have to scan every package of meat at the grocery store to make sure I bring home the meat is not grown with hormones and antibiotics injected. Life is not easy growing up in West Virginia, but if healthy, healthy lifestyle.

As more and more people want to take control over their own lives and health, natural health is becoming recognized as an alternative to popping a pill for every minor ailment. Herbs, spices, herbal teas, vitamin supplements and essential oils are now regularly in the kitchen cabinets and natural and organic skin care and cosmetic products appear on the bathroom counters.

I remember when I was about twelve years ago when my son was diagnosed with a chronic illness, I began to use natural health products and alternative treatments. My friends and family really do not think that it is definitely necessary, and they were very doubtful whether it would be used. But as I see my now nineteen years old are two of the working time to buy a car, running around with my friends (I have to follow him phone lol) and he is getting ready to start college in the fall, I would say to use it.

I'd much rather reach for a refreshing cup of peppermint tea to aspirin to relieve headaches. Meditation, aromatherapy, diet and exercise is now recognized as valuable natural medical treatments for illness and disease.

We need to step back and evaluate what are the real basics that we need for a long healthy life. Food, exercise, relaxation and time are just a bit. If you want to take responsibility for their health and wellness, then you constantly have to reassess their choice, so as not to slip into a pattern that will leave your body and your mind is tired, stressed. I am constantly researching natural health care products and treatments to help myself, my family and friends to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
