Empowering People With Mental Illness to Live Independently in the Community



We are all moods that swing from time to time, and we all worry about, no statistics on self-report surveys show that all three individuals have persistent symptoms that could be diagnosed with some level of mental illness. People should seek professional help for the following types of mental illness:

- Schizophrenia
Schizophrenia may be present in people who experience bizarre delusions hear voices, disorganization in their daily living patterns, significant shrinkage in the range of emotions, speed / mobility shown below.

- Depression
Depression can vary from mild versions, such as persistent unhappiness (Dysthymia refers to mild depression) in the major version in which people experience severe low mood and sleep disturbances, dis-interest daily life, and even suicidal thoughts.

- Bipolar Disorder
It is usually characterized by mood swings from high to low, although some forms may include only one of these extremes. When a patient is manic side, there is a persistent feeling of euphoria or irritability associated with lack of need for sleep, excessive energy, agitation, fast and loud speech, increase in goal-directed activity such as spending tours and establishing businesses with no appropriate plan, and hypersexuality. Patients with this disorder develop poor court and impulsivity.

- Anxiety
Anxiety disorders range from fear of external triggers such as dogs or heights or phobias to severe symptoms caused by internal body reactions caused by panic attacks.

- personality disorder
It usually begins before adulthood, this disorder are persistent problems relating to people in an efficient manner.

- Dementia
This is a group of brain disorders characterized by progressive cognitive decline, particularly memory decline leading to impairment in functioning. Alzheimer's disease is one of several dementias to Rob people of their minds as they grow older.

-Eating Disorder
Eating, weight and diet to emotional roles above and beyond their normal physical roles leads to a remarkable attention to body image.

- Somatoform disorder
Somatoform disorder usually stems from fear of the stigma associated with the acceptance of underlying mental illness leading to mental health as the body is experiencing symptoms.

Life and work with a mental health condition does not just mean taking the effort to manage it, but dealing with the ways that can affect their lives and those related to them. If you work with people with mental illness, there are many things you can do to help a person live a better life. Knowing more about the symptoms of various mental health conditions, and how it is diagnosed, it can help you better understand a group of people with whom you work. Society at large and professionals for the benefit particularly through the development of expertise competence in caring for people with mental illness in the community.
