Physical Fitness and Mental Health and Wellbeing Are Closely Linked



We are all aware of the physical benefits of structured exercise program. Strengthens muscles, joints and bones, better weight control, protection from disease and aging. But we tend to think of fitness as a stop on the neck and it's easy to forget that our brain's central processing unit systems and processes of the human body and its health is important for our well being.

Often our mental and emotional health is taken for granted and it is easy to believe that his being is beyond our reach.
