Parents, grandparents and adults alike will perform various degrees of happy faces antics in hopes of getting babies to smile. Medical studies have found that laughter is the infectious and Hi .

I am the most modest way, laughing, manifested as a visual smile perhaps in combination with a wide eye contact. At the other extreme end of the scale of laughter, you will understand visual, kinesthetic, and auditory displays - slapping the legs, belly shaking, body contorting laughter! Just thinking about this "Laughter Attack" brings a smile to your face. Memory or thinking about myself laughing physically and mentally emotes all the positive effects of actually laughing.

Laughter is the best medicine!

However, laughter is still one of the least understood of human behaviors and one that is only now seriously research scientists. Science has been able to determine the three parts of the brain are activated during a good laugh:

1) thinking or cognitive area to understand the joke,

2) movement or kinesthetic part for initiating muscle movement, and

3) emotional region, which arises "giddy" feeling. Why do people laugh at jokes delivered while others laugh at incongruities such as pain caused or threatening situations? Is Laughter showing the signal meant "in fun"? These things are still being studied.

Laughter makes us (and others) feel better.

It is clear that as an adult, not enough. Here are ten ideas to improve and increase laughter [and entertainment] in your life:

1) Receive, Share and Tell Jokes - e-mail is terrible for this and so are the social gatherings. Telling jokes (and learning what jokes are appropriate) will show how to improve their social and public speaking skills.

2) share humorous personal stories - stories about yourself will allow you to laugh at yourself. Laugh at yourself is a great way to express yourself and learn from our mistakes and a little craziness.

3) with his family and friends to play group games that require the interaction of group (parlor game) - the old standards, and board games (such as Charades, Pictionary, nonsense, skull, Trivial Pursuit, Humzinger) or more organized themed events such as Sunoco Murder Mystery. 8) Get your friends - the experience of learning a new language or go to dance class with other people or couples. Laughter will open for a better learning experience.
