Apart from sea vegetables, salmon, trout, shellfish and liver are the best sources of vitamin B12.

3 Coenzyme Q10

This vitamin, as well as the compound is soluble in fats or oils. Coenzyme Q10, or CoQ10 is also known as a powerful antioxidant that has been used to treat muscular dystrophy, migraine headaches, hypertension and neurodegenerative diseases. Although CoQ10 is easily obtained in the form of supplements, you can also find a sufficient quantity of food such as soybean oil, olive oil, rapeseed oil, sardines, avocado, pork and beef.

4 Resveratrol

Resveratrol is another antioxidant found in red wine, fruits (eg blueberry, raspberry and mulberry), and peanuts. This antioxidant prevents premature aging of cells and damage of property that makes a substance called "fountain of youth" by some people. Resveratrol is also beneficial for the treatment of memory loss, and protection of inner ear hearing loss.
