Some of my friends advised me to use a mild solution, and this is just plain hot water and sometimes a mild soap. It helps a lot, especially in these times where I work at night.
However, washing my face is not enough. I also have to watch my diet. As mentioned at the beginning, I have very oily skin types and is also a factor in my acne problem. Having said that, I also need to watch my diet and this, for me, the hardest part.
dermatologist advised me not to eat oily and fatty foods and salt, which is fair enough. But since I work at night, almost everything you eat comes from a nearby fast food chains. I know that fast food is like - exactly what I warned - greasy, salty and greasy
So, I have to learn how to cook healthy foods yourself. And it is very difficult to challenge because I usually sleep during the day and night work, so I really have to find time to buy, prepare and cook their food before I went to work. Green, leafy vegetables are the number one source of nutrients necessary to avoid these problems of the skin, but the problem is, I like to eat them. So, I also need to learn to eat fruits and vegetables. Everyday, I see that it includes at least one vegetable or fruit in my diet and to avoid, as much as possible, eat salty, fatty and oily ones. But it is really difficult.
In addition, I also advised by health instructors to have daily exercise routine. Since I work at night, I could hardly find time to exercise. So, during my days off, I see him at least jog or play basketball. I know that's not enough, but it's better than nothing. How do you manage to do all these things out of your busy life?
