2 Oriented hospitals and nursing homes : There will be much greater demand for the integration of mental health and substance abuse clinicians in the practice of primary health care services in primary care mental health and substance abuse treatment organizations, the use of emerging and best practice models clinical and robust relationship between primary care and specialty behavioral health care.

3 Peer counselors and consumer operated services : We will see expansion of consumer managed services and integration of peers in the mental health and substance use of labor and services range, emphasized the key role played in these efforts to support recovery and wellness of people with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
