Mental health should really look for intensive and should be stopped completely. If you want to avoid mental health problems from happening, it is important to know the factors that can lead to it. Here are some of the factors:

abuse or violence: abuse or violence is one of the most serious factors that really affect mental health. Abused individuals are more likely to experience a mental disorder or mental illness. If you can not resolve this particular situation in your life, then it might be a tendency of some mental problems.
