What are the Health Risks of Being Overweight?

That's the good news is that losing a small amount of weight you can reduce your chances of developing heart disease or stroke. In fact, reducing your weight by 10 percent can reduce the chances of developing heart disease by improving how the heart works, blood pressure and blood cholesterol and triglycerides.
