Reclaiming Good Mental Health

What is good for your mental health? We are all more or less mentally healthy, and it usually varies throughout our lives especially as we deal with difficult life events, changes, and so on. Whether we call this psychological well-being, happiness, pleasure, positive thinking, all these conditions are related to good mental health.

In addition to our physical health, it is part of our everyday discourse to be aspirational. We want you to feel physically fit, energetic, powerful and balanced in our weight, eating a healthy diet, supple, resilient and less prone to disease. Of course you can complain about our problems, and discuss how we can do all that we know we must do. We know it's not easy to stay physically healthy without doing this, especially if you have experienced health problems. We know that even if we are to peak physical fitness, we can not keep it for the rest of their lives without paying attention to it.

For children, every day brings new challenges, but as adults we often become more and more fear of change, to learn new skills or put themselves in unfamiliar situations. Therefore, expanding our comfort zone, sometimes in small ways if we are feeling particularly vulnerable, will help develop our confidence and sense of personal achievement.
