Health Tips for Nurses to Prevent Getting Sick

As a doctor, I sincerely appreciate all the nurses go. You can put up with cranky patients and doctors arrogant by the day. You're on your feet running room during the day that turns into a foot problem years later. Hours are long is hardly boring. Then you go home and probably cooking, prepare their children for school, and if you're lucky, you can go for a walk with your partner or get some exercise in. It's not even half of it.

Nurses are exposed to radiation, cleaning chemicals, chemical sterilization, agents, insane patients (and doctors), sharp needles, poisonous gases, latex, formaldehyde, heavy metals, dangerous drugs and emotional roller coasters - the highest altitude to the lowest of lows. Love your work. You are passionate about what they do and would not trade it for the world. There are few jobs like that and you kick ass at it. Let you healthy. Your question asks for "advice for our nurses to stay healthy," because you are "exposed to so many diseases." Forgot to mention that the nurses were also exposed to many chemicals. As a naturopathic physician, I always aim for prevention and education.

That said, there are essential nutrients that are needed by everybody, and especially nurses and other people who are exposed to chemicals and other hazards in the workplace. Beneficial supplement of choice for nurses to prevent getting sick:

* Vitamin D3: If I had to pick one nutrient for nurses, it would be a vitamin D3. Why? Since it supported the mood, bone health, immunity, cardiovascular to name a few.

-. Take the blood levels of vitamin D3 tested

- if you are under 60, you need to load the vitamin D3. Consider taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, and then re-measurement at 3 months.

- If the levels are close to 80, then you should supplement with 5,000 IU a day and measure the levels of vitamin D3 in the blood every 3 months

.

-. According to John Cannell of the Council of vitamin D3, 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 has been suggested daily maintenance dose during the low sun exposure months

-. For daily maintenance during summer months, or if you do not feel comfortable taking 5000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, and then 2000 IU vitamin D3 daily

* Adrenal Support: Given the amount of stress by nurses, nurses need to support their adrenals. Nurses can feel calm in the most intense moments, if their adrenals balanced. Nurses may feel constantly energized without having to resort to 10 cups of coffee a shift or drink corn syrup-laden energy drinks. Sleep is deeper and wake up refreshed as possible.

-. I recommend nurses to take 2 capsules of adrenal Support Plus waking up in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon

- Do not take adrenal support of any kind within 5 hours of sleep because it will keep you awake

.

* powerful Multivitamin / mineral: Getting the nutrients from food is impossible due to corporate farming methods, pesticides, herbicides, long improper handling and transportation, and depleted soil. Then add the fact that shops and restaurants do not serve 'food'. Food is now all conveniently stored on the shelves for a long duration, and do not require refrigeration. The amount of processing has destroyed our food. Monsanto should simply disappear from our planet. I want to be a genetic change and screw up. I digress ...

- Nutrient 950 with NAC is a complete multivitamin with additional antioxidant support. NAC is important for lung health and detoxification.

- For optimal effect, take 3 capsules of nutrient 950 in AM with breakfast and another 3 capsules at lunchtime. No reason to get all 8 capsules.

* Probiotics: Given that nurses exposed to so many chemicals and pathogens, it is essential that nurses have the protection of the ship. Probiotics help and act as key players in the intestinal immune system. Did you know that most of our immune system stems from our innate immunity, which is located in our digestive system. When I say majority, I think 70%. If your gut associated lymphatic tissue is not functioning properly due to pathogenic bacteria, chemical exposure or radiation, nurses are becoming ill.

- BioCleanse capsule is a phase 2 liver support product that helps to mobilize toxins that are already circulating in the blood and helps them get through the urine and stool

....

- Stress stops the detoxification and actually creates more load on the liver. By remaining more stable and peaceful, you are able to effectively detox.

-. Improved sleep to reduce stress and anxiety, improving immunity and effective detoxification

- Consider taking 2 capsules Ashwagandha every night before bed and 2 capsules before going to work. You will not notice any difference, but my colleagues will. They will ask: "You're so much calmer. What's up?" The power of subtle changes in mood with Ashwagandha is incredible. I would not have survived without medical schools - not to me very fast growing company. Ashwagandha is by far my favorite plant.

protect your feet and knees You're on your feet all day. I highly recommend you look at the MBT shoes. Sauna There is no better way to detox faster than using the sauna several times a week. Make sure you have an electrolyte, and some detox nutrients on board as BioCleanse capsules. If someone gets into the sauna, without electrolyte and Phase 2 liver support, you'll simply be moving around and toxins on the brain. Make sure you get the toxins out and Phase 2 nutrients found in BioCleanse and electrolytes will help with this. After infrared sauna itself and be an expert in environmental medicine, I tried a number of protocols for effective sauna treatment. Weighed before taking a sauna. A note of it. When finished, you should weigh the same. If not, drink more filtered water.

At the first sign of feeling 'odd' or 'sick' leave. Toxins can also affect you stop the sauna treatment. Does the sauna again tomorrow or in a few hours later in the day. That's not competition that is hot you can get a sauna. Lower the heat as 115 degrees F is a good temperature. This lower temperature allows you to stay in the sauna longer, which means you'll be able to sweat out toxins more effectively.
