Too many executives believe that exercise and fitness means going to the gym, getting on the treadmill and lifting weights. While these forms of exercise to do - and I use them 4-5 times a week - they are not the only way to get fit

I always advocate for Diversity and time efficient workout, especially if you're great!

Your responsibilities are endless ...

* Juggling a career with family

* For a long time

* Business Development

* Clients

I'm a busy attorney and business owner! I know and understand! List responsibilities seem endless! No wonder you feel overwhelmed by the thought of going to the gym and exercising on a regular basis! With a short but effective workout, you will be able to work your heart and muscles to help you achieve weight loss and stick to it!

Another way to encourage executives to get fit is through physical activity, which also serve as a leisure activity! This can be done with family, alone or with friends! Using exercise as a fun and relaxing is a great way to get two important tasks done at the same time!

I always tell my clients - think outside the box !!

What do you like?

What action brings good fortune, so you're forced to smile when you think about it?

You're climbing, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, boating, kayaking, hiking, flying trapeze, golf and tenis.Popis is endless !!!!

Maybe you like working outside in the park during a break time - the feeling of morning or afternoon sun on your face! Or maybe snow shoeing in the blizzard!

These are all great ways to get fit and have fun! You just have to follow some simple principles of exercise I set for you

have followed three "C's" of weight loss success?

There are three very important factors that must be present in any fitness plan you choose, if you want to be successful in losing weight. Without the 3 "C" below, your attempts to health and wellness will be short-lived.

1 Obligation : To be successful in anything - you have to be committed. You must make a decision about the day that you will change your life, you decide how you will change your life, to understand why you want to embark on this change and go forward and be committed to change no matter how busy they are.

to know and understand that your commitment to a healthy lifestyle, is 80% mental. While changing your body, more fit, exercise, changes in the food they eat, they know they are all mental changes as well as your mind controls your body. Without the mental strength and commitment to change your life will not last.

See, I often hear clients say - "I can not" That's not true - what it really says is: "I do not want." And, that's fine. You do not have to. But let's be honest with each other and tell it like it is-you after Will you make up your mind to do!

2 Consistency : After you have made a commitment to their new life change, the next element that naturally follows is consistency. You must be in accordance with the changes you make in your life. You must be consistent with your healthy lifestyle to see and feel progress. Without consistency - you're wanting your commitment to your health and your new self

.

This means that you have to follow a healthy lifestyle for a long time, even if they are frustrated, tired and even cranky. Forge ahead, push on, you will feel better for it.

3 CONTROL Finally, know-no control, you will not be successful in your life to change. When I refer to the control - I'm talking about self-control you need to make sure you eat good fresh produce, lean proteins, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, whole grains and whether you're traveling, busy running around with his family and children, or will the client to the client . Although it is May be easier to buy a McDonald's hamburger that will help you with your weight loss efforts.

When talking about control of speech on the ability to say no to things that take you away from achieving your weight loss goals. I'm talking about the need to control the power in your life to ensure adequate time for sleep, rest, exercise and enjoy basic human rights of food, rest and exercise.

take control of yourself and your life today and start enjoying the new you!

So start planning, preparation and adjust according to a fitness plan that gives you complete control! And do not forget to stay committed.
