Possible side effects of magnesium citrate, which is usually caused due to high doses, include diarrhea, upset stomach, dizziness, or sweating. It is also possible that some of us may be allergic to this mineral.

Be sure you choose a product that is natural and contains no harmful toxins or add ingrediens sush havy metals, and even sand!
